The Erie Strike Zone Lil' Strikers is designed to develop our youngest baseball players in a fun environment indoors to help prepare athletes for summer seasons. This program  builds fundamental skills and confidence with fun drills that maximize their reps and keep athletes engaged while learning. By training in the offseason, athletes are able enter summer programs prepared and confident which will increase their likelihood of success in games. Confidence at younger ages is important because it helps athletes stick with the sport as it becomes more difficult.

• Ideal for athletes starting out with baseball/softball and parents that want their athletes to learn the fundamental skills of the sport in a positive environment.
• Designed to teach fundamental baseball and softball skills to young athletes in a fun and safe method. 
• Focuses on following directions, coordination, concentration, and very beginning baseball instruction. 
• Practices consist of playing fun drills and activities that teach basic throwing, catching and hitting. 
• Squishy balls and whiffle balls will be used for athletes that need to develop fielding skills. 
• Batting will be off a tee and from coach pitch. The earlier athletes can hit in the air the better. 
• The goal is to build the athletes confidence and skills at this age. 
• May work up to playing in a 3 on 3 games setting for fun. 
• For young athletes, parents are encouraged to be on the field helping their kids with drills but all parents must be positive when teaching and respect our coaches. Coaching and teaching out of fear and shame will never be allowed.

Our experienced instructors include professional and collegiate athletes that promote a fun and positive environment that pushes your athlete to the next level. 

Instructors are overseen by our commissioners of their age and work with our technical directors to ensure the proper curriculum is being taught to your athletes.

• 5 baseball pitching machines including a self feeder

Our family lobby makes it easy to watch your athlete work with our professional coaches while you work, relax or play games and socialize!
