- Each class includes (1) hour of small group practice that includes breakout sessions for fielding, hitting, pitching, catching and strength and conditioning.
- We sort ages in small groups of minimum of 4 athletes and maximum of 6. This provides the best training experience possible for athletes.

Our experienced instructors include professional and collegiate athletes that promote a fun and positive environment that pushes your athlete to the next level.
Instructors are overseen by our commissioners of their age and work with our technical directors to ensure the proper curriculum is being taught to your athletes.

Age groups are divided 8 and under, 9 to 12 and 13 to 18. This may change based on the class and instructors. See the specific class for details.

Our family lobby makes it easy to watch your athlete work with our professional coaches while you work, relax or play games and socialize!

NOTES:
1) Strike Zone uniforms or a team baseball uniform are required to attend sessions.
2) Sessions CAN be mixed and matched! For example an athlete can sign up for both hitting and fielding in the same day. Athletes can also attend multiple classes per week.
3) Classes may be closed by the instructor if the minimum athletes are not signed up.
4) Classes open up 30 days in advance.
